Well, I would give it PG-13, there are lots of jumpscares, some blood, and certain scenes that would make some viewers feel uncomfortable. The most goriest scene would be the Episode 5 Chase Scene.

I mean like is it action horror? Do we have live, weapons? Drama horror?

It is mostly just using your surroundings, but there are some weapons.
